Real Mums Book Club – How it works
Because we know you love to read, but don’t have a heap of time to indulge in such enjoyable past times that do wonders for your mental health, Real Mums Book Club happens every second month.
It is also designed so that you have no need to shower and/or dress and leave the house at a specified time in order to attend a gathering – in person – to discuss a book you haven’t had time to read, but really would like to have read.
Nope, you can do the entire thing, in your house, in your own time, in your jarmies and after too much wine! Hurrah!
How it all works:
- Towards the end of the pre-Book Club month (or at the start of Book Club Month) we will send you an email, letting you know which book we’re reading and discussing;
- An update and new forum discussion thread will be started at the commencement of Book Club Month in the Book Club Group;
- You may join in the discussion at any time;
- You have two months to read the book, join in the discussions etc before a Live Book Club Chat (online) towards the end of the second month;
- We’ll send you a reminder email about the Live Book Club Chat before it happens!
- We will also include a link that will allow you to purchase the book online, so you don’t need to go looking
Please note: In order to join in the discussions in the Book Club Group or participate in the Live Chat you must be at least a registered subscriber with the Club … otherwise you won’t have access to any of the groups, discussion boards or chat.
